Ans-The database of members provided by the Association is “sanitized” by our team to remove any duplicate data (same mobile number or email id for more than 1 member). This is then sent back to the Association to clarify on.
Finally the database that will be used will have unique membership number with unique mobile number and email id.
Once a member has voted – and the same data is used for voting – message is given – “you have already voted”
Hence the chance of duplication does not arise.

The eVote application has security features (SSL certification / STQC certification) and is based on OTP (sent to registered mobile / email) and CAPTCHA. It is completely the member's choice to select the candidates. The eVote system maintains complete secrecy and the data of "who voted to whom" is never disclosed at any given point of time.
