COST

As discussed on phone, we change only Rs. 25 per voter per event subject to minimum Rs. 5000. GST extra.

In case of Association of Plastic Surgeons of India, as number of voters are 3000, the total cost would be Rs. 75,000 plus GST. 

Note: 
1. The above charges include SMS / email notification and upto 3 reminders to voters. It also include charges for log in OTP.
2. The above charges include charges for cloud computing and storage.
3. The above charges do not include
a. Any face to face meeting charges, if required
b. Charges for any human support, if required
c. Any out of pocket expenses, if travelling required

SECURITY

We are 100% secure platform and there is no scope for any kind of fraud. Security features include:

1. OTP based authentication: We do not generate userID and password in advance and mail it across to voters. Voter's email ID / Mobile number is his user ID and OTP (One Time Password) is delivered on their email / mobile at the time of voting. This is similar to online banking and eliminate risk due to password sharing or password theft

2. Encryption: The data is end to end encrypted. The data is not only encrypted during transmission but also during storage to negate any kind of hacking attempt. We have SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security for transmission and encryption by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for storage. AWS cloud services is ISO 27001 certified for security. 

3. Double authentication: We also provide optional feature of double authentication with different OTP on Mobile and email in case of highly sensitive polls

4. Audit Trail: We have optional audit trail feature where we capture voter's IP address and voting time. 

5. Server Confirmation: We have optional features of server confirmation where server asks for voter reconfirmation before recording the vote. This eliminate changes of man in the middle attack. 

We have other security features also including Voter Selfie, geotagging, geo-fencing etc, but I do not believe it would be required for your election. 

Certifications: We are certified for security by both government and private certification agencies.
